I went to Weight Watchers today - I gained .4lb. Poop on .4lbs! Poop!
So I came back from lunch and immediately signed up on FitDay.com (and I would link to my page, but then y'all would know exactly how fat my fat ass is and that just won't be happening). And it is actually really cool. You can enter in all the stuff you eat and get the calories, fiber and fat and figure out the WW points for it all. And it is free, that is very cool. Also you can track weight goals, and get reports on what you ate - for instance I have eaten 453.24% of my daily allowance of Vitamin A. What that means, I do not know. Anyway, like I said, it is cool.
and I RODE MY BIKE TO WORK AGAIN! I am so awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Timmy drove my bike route this morning to measure it - A MILE! So yesterday, I rode 4 miles! Uphill! Wow-za! I kick ass!
